WEEKLY UPDATE HACKATHON PROGRESS RECAP

This week marked a strong kickoff for the project. The team was officially formed, spanning multiple time zones including the UK, India, the US, and Indonesia. We set up our project management infrastructure using ClickUp and launched our X (Twitter) account. The first team meeting helped align our initial goals, though coordinating across time zones and refining the full scope of the hackathon presented early challenges.

The IT team quickly got up and running with GitHub and ClickUp. We onboarded new members, bringing everyone up to speed on the project vision, MVP goals, communication tools, and our tech stack, including Anchor, Solana, and Rust. Development environments were initialized and core packages installed. Mintlo shared the first round of UI and UX wireframes, giving the team a visual foundation. We also hosted a Space on X to share our entry concept and published a Binance article to kick off wider community engagement. Meanwhile, our ClickUp board was refined. Specs were broken into actionable items, tasks were assigned, and MVP items were groomed and transitioned into development.

A deep dive strategy session helped us map out the project architecture and break down task execution. Developers compiled both frontend and backend codebases, while team leads clarified implementation roles and resolved blockers. Bob began work on a functional React prototype, while Micro mapped out code logic through detailed diagrams. Research into NFT minting flows and past benchmarks began, setting the stage for solid integration. We also had a productive conversation around tokenomics, including staking mechanics, revenue pathways, and how to attract creators and fans. At the core of it all was our mission to be anti-rug, transparent, and community led. Gomez presented the app’s high-level hierarchy and we hosted another live Space to keep our supporters in the loop.

As the week progressed, design and development ramped up. Over 200 UI screens were designed to prototype the complete app experience. These were refined for UX consistency and passed to the dev team for implementation. We documented progress for video and community updates, created a visual architecture map of the system’s dependencies, and continued to host nightly Spaces. Developers thoroughly dissected the codebase, identified existing gaps, and worked on connecting the staking frontend to the smart contract logic. Initialization with the IDL is underway, though we’re still refining the flow for real-world use. A fully interactive React prototype was completed and shared internally for feedback.

All in all, it was a highly productive first week. We laid strong foundations, made design leaps, and aligned our tech build with the broader vision. We’re heading into next week with momentum, clarity, and tighter coordination across the board.
